Some questions belong to Pelican or your broker

We can't see or change your Pelican account, your settings, your trades or your broker account. For those, contact the company that owns them.

To contact Pelican, use Pelican's own website or app. To contact your broker, use the support option in your broker account. We give you the broker's details when you join.

Complaints

Email [email protected] and put "Complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge a complaint within five business days and aim to send a final response within thirty days.

We will never ask for your MT4 password, your broker login or a wallet recovery phrase.
