FOR EXISTING BTC BREAKOUT CUSTOMERS

Trading is moving to Pelican

If your licence is still active, you do not pay the $350 joining fee. Your account and your money stay yours. The route you trade through is what changes.

Before you switch

Your licence keeps its term

There is no single changeover weekend. You switch when you are ready, any time between 19 October and 19 November 2026. If updated BTC Breakout agreements need your attention, we will send a separate notice with a working link and clear deadline.

Your licence keeps its term and expiry date until you switch. The earlier cloud hosting service no longer places trades, so trading starts again once you are set up with Pelican.

The cloud hosting setup is closed, so there is nothing to set up or change there.

If you hold a BTC Breakout licence, you can switch to Pelican free from your account between 19 October and 19 November 2026.

What stays the same

Still your account. Still your money.

  • Your funds stay in a broker account in your own name.
  • You keep control of deposits and withdrawals through the broker.
  • BTC Breakout continues to provide your account area, guidance, support and affiliate information.
  • Old licences, invoices, payments and performance records remain available as historical records with their original dates, descriptions and currencies.
What changes

A move to Pelican and a simpler model

When you move to Pelican:

  • Your account moves to the one BTC Breakout strategy and its core risk framework.
  • You move to an authorised broker; the authorised broker may change.
  • You complete Pelican's own signup and identity checks.
  • You personally select BTC Breakout and confirm your settings inside Pelican.
  • Your Pelican trading experience lives inside Pelican and your broker rather than the BTC Breakout dashboard.
  • The 33% performance model applies to qualifying new profit on a high-water mark basis, for each provider fee period, currently weekly.
What you will do

Your move in seven steps

Your dashboard takes you through each step. In simple terms, you will:

  1. Read the transition message, review any updated customer agreements BTC Breakout asks you to accept and use the approved link for the supported broker.

  2. Open and verify the required account with our authorised broker, in your own name.

  3. Create an MT4 trading account.

  4. Register that exact MT4 account number in BTC Breakout.

  5. Confirm that it is the account you will connect through Pelican.

  6. Continue to Pelican and complete Pelican's signup and identity checks.

  7. Connect the registered MT4 account, select BTC Breakout and confirm your settings inside Pelican.

If your licence is still active, you can switch to Pelican free of charge from your BTC Breakout dashboard between 19 October and 19 November 2026. Sign in to start. Your dashboard shows the broker and Pelican links when you reach each step. Do not use a link forwarded by someone else.

No second joining payment

An active licence switches free

The $350 one-time joining payment is for new customers. If your licence is still active, you switch to Pelican without paying it. If your licence has expired or been cancelled, contact support.

Because there is no new $350 payment, the move does not create a new joining commission for an affiliate.

Once your Pelican connection is active, eligible affiliates in your current network can receive performance commission on the qualifying new profit your account creates, once the related performance fees have been received.

Performance fee

What the new fee means for you

Pelican calculates a 33% performance fee for each provider fee period, currently weekly, on a high-water mark basis.

If there is no qualifying new profit, there is no performance fee for that week. If the account has fallen below its applicable high-water mark, it must recover that earlier loss before fresh profit can create another fee. Deposits and withdrawals are not counted as trading profit.

Pelican arranges the deduction through the broker and provides the statement inside Pelican.

Where information will live

Two accounts with clear jobs

After you move, your BTC Breakout account remains useful for:

  • BTC Breakout access and account details.
  • Setup guides and knowledge-base articles.
  • BTC Breakout support.
  • Affiliate information and earnings where relevant.
  • Historical BTC Breakout orders, invoices and records.

Use Pelican for your Pelican account and trading experience. Use your broker for the trading account, funds and broker statements.

We will tell you before anything changes

Keep using your current service until you switch. Between 19 October and 19 November 2026, sign in, accept the current agreements once and press switch. Your dashboard then takes you through the broker, MT4 and Pelican steps.

Moving to a new service does not remove trading risk. Leveraged BTCUSD trading can lead to meaningful losses.
