Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026. Where acceptance of this policy is requested by notice, the acceptance deadline is 7 days after the date of the notice.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the one-time $350 BTC Breakout joining payment. It does not replace any separate refund, withdrawal, cancellation or complaint terms supplied by Pelican, the Regulated Service Provider or your broker.

In this policy, "BTC Breakout", "we" and "us" mean Libertas Project Management - FZCO, trading as BTC Breakout, Licence Number 33619, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, UAE. "Pelican" means Pelican Exchange Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 09437275). Pelican Exchange Limited (FRN 739090) is an Appointed Representative of London and Eastern LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 534484). "Regulated Service Provider" means London and Eastern LLP, acting where applicable through its appointed representative.

If you hold a BTC Breakout licence for the earlier TradeSync service and your licence is still active and has not been suspended by us, you switch to Pelican free and do not pay the $350 joining payment.

2. Seven-day refund window

A new customer may request a refund of the $350 joining payment during the seven-calendar-day refund window.

The purchase date is Day 1. The window ends at 23:59 UTC on Day 7.

After the window ends, the joining payment is final except where a right cannot legally be excluded.

3. Pelican KYC

If Pelican rejects your KYC within the seven-day window, you qualify for a joining-payment refund under the agreed BTC Breakout rule.

Please begin the Pelican checks promptly. Starting KYC late, leaving information incomplete or responding slowly does not extend the seven-day refund window. The normal BTC Breakout refund window does not reopen if Pelican's decision arrives after Day 7, unless applicable law requires a different result.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within the window. Include:

• •the email address on your BTC Breakout account;
• •your BTC Breakout order or invoice reference;
• •a short statement that you want to cancel; and
• •if relevant, evidence that Pelican rejected your KYC.

We may ask for information needed to confirm the payment owner, prevent fraud and return the funds safely.

An approved refund is returned in the original crypto asset, less the network fee, within five business days.

Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for giving us a correct and valid wallet address for your refund. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address you gave us, and no replacement refund is issued.

5. What happens after an approved refund

When we approve a full joining-payment refund:

• •BTC Breakout access supplied by that payment ends;
• •the related joining commission remains reversible and is removed or corrected;
• •the private Pelican link must no longer be used;
• •BTC Breakout asks Pelican to remove any account connected through that access; and
• •we retain the records needed to prove the transaction, refund, consent and access decision.

When we ask Pelican to remove an account, we tell you at the time of the request and again when the removal completes.

Ending BTC Breakout access does not itself:

• •close an open trading position;
• •withdraw money from your broker;
• •close your broker account;
• •cancel your separate provider or broker agreements; or
• •reverse a performance fee already dealt with under the provider's terms.

Please use Pelican and the broker for the actions and records they control.

6. Performance fees are separate

A performance fee is separate from the $350 joining payment. It is based on Qualifying New Profit under the provider's high-water-mark process.

A question or correction about a performance fee follows the provider's statement, Client Terms and correction process. It is not a refund of the BTC Breakout joining payment.

Trading losses, a losing fee period, a difference between public results and your account, or dissatisfaction with trading performance do not create a joining-payment refund after the seven-day window.

7. Circumstances that do not extend the window

The window is not extended because:

• •KYC was started late or information was not supplied promptly;
• •a broker account was not opened or funded in time;
• •the wrong MT4 number was entered or connected;
• •the private link was not used;
• •the customer changed their mind after Day 7;
• •market conditions caused BTC Breakout or a provider to pause trading; or
• •no trade or profit occurred during the first seven days.

This does not limit a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Fraud, misuse and repeat refunds

BTC Breakout may refuse or pause a refund where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, sanctions evasion, a false payment claim, an unsafe wallet instruction or abuse of the process. We will keep the action proportionate and will not remove a legal right that cannot be excluded.

Each customer may receive one joining-payment refund only.

9. Ending access without a refund

You can ask us to end BTC Breakout access at any time. After the seven-day window, ending access does not normally refund the joining payment.

BTC Breakout may also suspend or end access for a material breach of the Terms, ineligibility, fraud, sanctions concerns, sharing the private link, use of an unregistered MT4 account or another lawful reason stated in the Terms.

10. Historical TradeSync purchases

This policy does not rewrite a previous annual licence, cloud-hosting payment, invoice or refund rule. A historical purchase remains governed by the documents and terms that applied to it.

If you hold a licence for the earlier TradeSync service and your licence is still active and has not been suspended by us, you can switch to Pelican free from your BTC Breakout account between 19 October 2026 and 23:59 UTC on 19 November 2026. You do not pay the $350 joining payment, so there is nothing to refund for the switch, and it creates no joining commission. If your licence has expired or been cancelled, you can pay the $350 joining payment or contact support. If we have suspended your licence, contact support. Until you switch, your licence keeps its term and expiry date under the Terms you accepted for it. Renewals are fully retired.

An issue in the provider or broker domain (for example a performance-fee statement, execution or broker-account matter) is referred to Pelican or the broker.
